Delivery Policy

We provide delivery services across West and East Malaysia.

Your parcels will be delivered using Eureka Healthcare’s appointed courier company and we will make sure the parcels being handled carefully.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 working days and we will ship out parcels on Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. Please expect 2-5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is out for delivery.

** Further shipment delays might be experienced due to the Movement Control Order (MCO)

Any changes on delivery address is not allowed after payment is made. Please cancel the previous order and make a new order if you would like to change the delivery address.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Delivery

Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

West Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM15 for first 5KG, additional RM5 for the following KG.

East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) – RM35 for first 5KG, additional RM8 for the following KG
